Baldwin Hills Engagement in Los Angeles, California

Can’t seem to find a happier couple to be engaged. Emily and David are over the moon about their love life and couldn’t stop smiling during this photoshoot! So cute! We ended up taking engagement pictures at a spot in Baldwin Hills, California which overlooks Los Angeles and the grand city skyline.

The park had many beautiful spots and places to pose. First, there were some stone stairs in this area we shot in. There was also a little bench nearby with some taller grass and flowers to sit in, a perfect romantic spot. Following the trail, the grasses got shorter and revealed none other than Los Angeles in sight! Such a beautiful view the shoot and makes for an awesome background. Unfortunately, it was a little cloudy this day. However, when the sun set a little, the skyline could be seen and shot in some of the photos!

During the shoot, we hit the perfect sunset time… also known as golden hour. While it was cloudy, the sun peeked out juuust a little. Further down in the galley—near the end—you can see the golden light hitting Emily and David. Always one of the best times of day to shoot!
