Rolling Hills, California Sunset Maternity Session

Gorgeous sunset maternity photoshoot with flowers and ethereal views of the ocean at Rolling Hills, California. What a better way to celebrate your pregnancy with a shoot?

Tessa and Brandon came out with me here in southern California where we were able to take their maternity pictures! True to the name, there were rolling hills that we took the photos at that had gorgeous views of the ocean ahead. This place is a fav when it comes to photoshoots and you can probably tell why if you scroll down.

We started at a classic white picket fence area where the bougainvillea was in radiant bloom. It was getting colder last year around the time that these pictures were taken, so the weather was lovely. After, we walked towards where the views would be unobstructed of the ocean and captured some pics on the way there. After that, the fun started! The views that Rolling Hills, California provides are unbeatable and provide a sense of tranquility in the quiet neighborhoods and park. The sun was setting right on time with almost movie-like skies.

If you’re also looking for maternity photoshoot outfit inspiration, you should pull from this session! Tessa nailed the classic outfits that would totally work in most pregnancy photoshoots. First, the famous white shirt and unbuttoned jeans combo. And second, a floral print dress that isn’t too flashy but definitely stands out from her surroundings.

This session was truly one of a kind and absolutely magical. There’s nothing great than celebrating your pregnancy chapter with a photoshoot to remember everything.
