Intimate Malaga Cove Maternity Photoshoot

This maternity photoshoot in Malaga Cove was a cute mix of rural with these two walking in the plaza and then scenic with the beach and playing in the waves!

In Palos Verdes, there is a neighborhood called Malaga Cove. In this area, there’s a small plaza that give off old rural and have that California aesthetic. And, not too far from here, there’s also the beach. Because of these features, this makes this location not only ideal, but iconic!

Ruby, Andrew, and I all started out at the plaza. Ruby wore a bold blue flowing dress and Andrew wore khakis with a light button up. The two were so classy yet casual at the same time. Their attire entirely matched the vibe of the plaza. In this area, there’s so many beautiful rounded arches with plentiful red brick around. Being here almost has an “old-timey” feel to it!

Following, we all headed down to the beach. Ruby changed into a light brown dress to show off her baby-bump and Andrew went into something a little more casual with a shirt and denim. Something I loved about this session was that they played around in the water. When couples are down to have a little fun with their photoshoots, it makes it all the more fun for me, the photographer, as well! I absolutely enjoyed being a part of this Malaga Cove maternity photoshoot!
