Family Photoshoot in Rancho Palos Verdes Park

Sweet family photoshoot out at this Rancho Palos Verdes park in California, complete with a happy baby and a small picnic.

This is the Vega family out at this Rancho Palos Verdes park for their family photo session. While some people don’t care so much for taking pictures throughout their children’s childhood, I find that it’s such a precious thing to do for you and your family. Taking pictures to document your life might seem so “social media driven” and whatnot, but memories are often forgotten. However, if you take the time and energy, you get to show your little one the pictures years later!

For this photoshoot, there was a small picnic set up. Often, people don’t like to do props or set ups for their photoshoot. But even bringing something small, like a child’s toy, can really spruce up the photos! It makes for great props and allows for movement in the photos. So don’t be afraid to bring a little something to the shoot! If you find that your baby might not sit still for a photoshoot, bring a few toys they like. Cleverly, mom and dad here made a picnic date out of it, creating this cute set up you see.

It’s always such a pleasure to work with families. They truly create the sweetest of memories to capture. It’s even better when the children are such cute, happy babies!
