What’s more romantic than an intimate beach proposal at Newport Beach in California? Love in the air—who wouldn’t want this to happen to them?

I’ve been getting a handful of surprise proposals recently and it’s truly the pleasure of a lifetime to be able to capture such fond moments. Even taking some beforehand pictures with the friends and family were such fun! Some loved ones came out to help prepare the scene. A nice cream beige picnic blanket laid out. Elegant white roses stuck in the sand, surrounding the blanket. And a garland of photos of the couple were clipped nearby. This was such an intimate and romantic scene… so much thought and love put into this day. It really is the effort that counts!

Daniel brought Danielle (how cute are their names together?!) out to this spot while their loved ones watched from afar. They had their quiet moments together before he got down on one knee in front of her. Of course, she said yes! It was such a happy thing to witness and a privilege to capture!

Following the proposal, we took their engagement pictures. Elated, Daniel and Danielle were all smiles and were such pros at this! Such a beautiful couple with the happiest looks on their faces. Not to mention, choosing Newport Beach in California for a proposal was such a win for their pictures! Not too many people around while having a gorgeous view and intimacy.
