Hiltscher Park Engagement, California

“True love is pure bliss” is how the saying goes. Allie and Matt decided to have their engagement session in Hiltscher Park in Fullerton, California. You can really tell how excited the two of them are to start a new chapter of their lives… but this time, together!

The park is a wonderful place to have an engagement shoot, and it’s also a nice change of pace! Forest sceneries are always a different route that many don’t take… but should consider. Allie and Matt strode down the trails together while I snapped some pics of them. They were both so happy and lost in their bubble the entire time. I love nothing more than when people I photograph are having a genuinely good time!

As for outfits, Allie wore a bold dark green dress decorated with lilies. It’s a nice way to stand out in the pictures while still not going overboard on the outfit inspo. On the other hand, Matt went with pale gray-blue button up and black denim jeans. Together, the two made such a cute couple and didn’t even have to try!

Hiltscher Park in Fullerton is a great place to have an engagement session. California engagements are quite often on the beach or in a field of sorts… not many aim for the forest and woodsy scene. There’s even a little bridge you can pose on. If you want to have something magical and woodland-ish, go ahead and scout out Hiltscher Park for yourself! There’s plenty of areas to have some alone time if you’re going to propose!
