San Juan Capistrano Mission Engagement Photoshoot

Sweet sunny day engagement at San Juan Capistrano Mission historical site in California. Such a gorgeous location with old building ruins and flowers all around!

For Stephanie and David’s engagement shoot, they wanted to head out to this beautiful historical landmark which is the birthplace of Orange County. This place is more than two hundred years old and is known as the “Jewel of California Missions” for its famous Annual Return of Swallows. This site features a chapel that still stands! There are definitely many spots here where one can take some memorable engagement pictures.

The couple’s outfits for this shoot are so classy and fit the “vibe” of this engagement photo session. David wore a neat black suit and tie while Stephanie wore a white open back dress. I think it’s so cute to even recognize that their engagement outfits mirror what they could be wearing on their wedding day (a wedding suit, and a white dress)! Such a fun and classy combination of outfits that complimented the historical environment around them.
